Please arrive 10 minutes early for registration.

Times:

2 day workshop: 9.30am to 5.30pm
Evening classes: 7pm to 10pm

• Wear loose comfortable clothing
• All couples receive Calmbirth CDs, workbook and About Birth Resource Guide.
• The ideal time to experience Calmbirth is between 26 to 36 weeks gestation.
