Can’t make it to a workshop?  Great for couples and support people who are unable to attend a workshop but feel they need more information on how to work with labour and birth.  Sessions can include; stages of labour, practical skills to support the birthing woman, working with pain, positions in labour and birth choices.  We work with your own birth team and help build confidence in the birthing woman to make your birth an empowered experience.

Time: 2-3 hour sessions
